I had an avocado that was ripe and did a quick search on Allrecipes.com, one of my favorite web sites for something quick and basic. I came across a nice simple guacamole that didn't call for a ton of ingredients. Checkout this recipe for a really nice guacamole that only calls for an avocado, lemon, red onion, olive oil and salt.
